Personalised Cancer Care Toolkit

Made with and for the patient community

Equipping you to understand more about personalised cancer care and its potential within your community, and engage with policy makers to support greater use of personalised care

The Personalised Cancer Care Toolkit was created on the basis of the Personalised Healthcare Hub and Toolkit for the Patient Community and was co-created with patient leaders. It includes a suite of educational resources on the topic of personalised cancer care and its benefits for people and communities affected by cancer.

The toolkit is for patient advocacy groups, patient leaders, people living with cancer and caregivers. The resources have been created in a variety of formats so you can use them in different situations, such as meeting and event presentations, handouts and as conversation starters.

To increase understanding of personalised healthcare and its potential to benefit people affected by health conditions, you can share the Personalised Cancer Care Toolkit, the Personalised Healthcare Toolkit for the Patient Community and the Personalised Healthcare Hub, with members of your community. You can find guidance on how to share here.
